From now on, time will fly very fast, and before we know it, the end of the year is here! I enjoy very much working with this group of children. <br /><br />After spring break, we will be focusing on Israel as a main topic. The children will create a book where most of the work is done by researching the internet and books for information. <br /><br />Some dates to remember: <br /><br />May 10 - Spring Literacy Festival (evening) <br />May 18 - evening program (5th grade play, choir performance, dance performance)<br /><br /> Akiva has established a dance group. (children who like to dance.) ALL 3rd graders are in the group. Their first performance is on May 18. Other possible performances are in the summer. It seems like only yesterday they were in first grade!
